INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.The Tenderer/Bidder should be legal entities and registered national or international organization/government organization/Public sector unit/Limited Company that have not been prohibited by Bangladeshi or International court(s) to enter into contracts. In case of a government organization, it must have permission for participating in the bidding process from the competent authority. All relevant documents have to be submitted.
2. Any Tenderer must not participate in more than one bid.
3. The Tenderer should have overall previous business experience of at least 05 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT notice).
4. The minimum specific experience in supply of Goods or Related Services as Supplier or Service Provider of at least 03 (Three) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, one with a value of at least Tk. 5,00,00,000.00 (Five Crore Only) (Years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT notice).
5. The tenderer must submit completion certificate as a proof of their experience issued from the due authority along with details contact person with relevant information.
6. Availability of minimum liquid assets in the form of credit line(s) from any schedule bank of Bangladesh of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore Only). |
