INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The tenderer shall have specific experience of minimum of 2 (two) contracts within last 3 year counting backward from the date of tender opening with government/Semi government/ Autonomous organization each having a contract value BDT 1.5 Crore (Taka One Crore Fifty Lac). Must comply with Work Order/ Contract Agreement.
2. The tenderer must have specific experience of 02 (two) contracts of providing connectivity services in minimum 200 locations in each contract within the last three (03) years of Government, semi-government and autonomous organization i.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of the tender notice.
3. The bidder must have at least 3 Government organizations / semi-government / autonomous organizations as an active client. Within which at least 1 client using with minimum 6.50Gbps Internet/Data Connectivity. Evidential document must be submitted (Work Order / Contract Agreement / Client Testimonial).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk.01.00 Crore (One Crore Taka Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a scheduled bank of Bangladesh)
5. Tenderer should have minimum 2 IIG backbones with valid agreement;
6.Tenderer shall have backhaul /long haul service from 2 NTTN Service providers; Tenderer shall have more than 30 registered offices outside Dhaka & minimum 100 own POP (Documents required) |
