a) The tenderer may be the manufacturer or manufacturer authorized agent of therespective goods
b) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 years overall experience for supply of materials inthe oil and gas industries/sectors and Public Sectors. Years will be counting backward fromthe date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk. 1,70,00,000.00(One Crore Seventy Lac) under maximum 2 contracts in the last 05 of years.
d) The Tenderer shall have the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or Credit line(s), net or other contractual is Tk. 1,80,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Lac) .
