| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Manufacturer’s Authorization letter/certificates for all products.
b) Valid API certificate of manufacturer for API Bentonite and API Barite.
c) Manufacturers must have valid ISO 9001:2015 certification.
d) Manufacturer must have 07 years’ experience of manufacturing.
e) Bonafide supplier must have 05 years’ experience of supplying similar materials and must have proven sales record of 05 years to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 02 end-user certificate if necessary will be verified.
f) Bonafide Manufacturer/Supplier or their authorized agents must be from any countries having diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
g) The manufacturer must have R&D Laboratory facilities of their own to conduct respective drilling fluid test to meet client demands.

i) Tender must remain valid for 120 days from the date of closing of the tender.
ii) Amount of tender security: for Lot-1: BDT 18,00,000.00 or US$ 16,215.00 and Lot-2: BDT 18,00,000.00 or US$ 16,215.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee/Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
iii) Mode of Shipment: By Sea
iv) Tender evaluation will be done by lot basis.
v) Delivery time: 120 days.
vi) The tender security must remain valid for 148 days from the date of closing of the tender.
vii) If tender opening day happens to fall on any Govt. holiday, tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
viii) This tender notice will also be available at website www.petrobangla.org.bd, www.bapex.com.bd and www.cptu.gov.bd
