| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. The maximum 3(Three) numbers of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of 5(Five) years.
b. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 7 (Seven) years of overall experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
c. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum 1,50,000.00 US Dollar or equivalent to BDT 16.5 million under one contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
d. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of goods is/are: Minimum supply Capacity: 90000 Liters Aviation Gasoline 100 LL per year.
e. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is minimum 2,00,000.00 US Dollar or equivalent to BDT 22 million which will be endorsed by schedule bank.
f. No sub-contract will be allowed. |
