Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law
Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligation to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 150,00,000 (One crore fifty lakh). |
