INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in IT Business including 05(Five) years of overall experience in the supplying of Oracle product and services in Bangladesh.
2. The tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 05 (Five) numbers of contracts of supplying, installation, testing, commissioning, integration and technical support services of Oracle products within the last 03 (Three) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization/Bank in Bangladesh. Among them there should have 02 (Two) completion certificates of supplying Oracle products amounting 12 (Twelve) Cores taka in each contract.
3. The tenderer must demonstrate present minimum average annual turnover of 75 (Seventy-Five) Crore BDT equivalent calculated as total certified payment received for contracts completed within the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The Tenderer must demonstrate minimum 30 (Thirty) crore BDT equivalent present liquid asset and/or line of credit, net of current commodities.
5. The Tenderer must have submitted the Oracle partner certificate for the last 05 (Five) years to prove that they are in Oracle business for at least 05 (Five) years.
6. The Tenderer must have submitted the Manufacturers' Authorization form duly signed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer at the time of submission of their Bid.
7. The Tenderer must have minimum 03 (Three) OEM Certified professional on their payroll. Contractual employee/third party involvement will not be accepted as compliance to this clause.
8. The Tenderer must have minimum 05 (Five) financial institutions in Bangladesh under Annual Maintenance Contract of Oracle database and related software to prove their capabilities of supporting Financial institutions.
9. The Tenderer must submit the following documents:
a. Valid Trade License for FY 2022-2023.
b. The certificate of incorporation or Registration of Firm (In case of Limited Company).
c. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the year 2021-2022 with TIN Number.
d. VAT Registration Certificate.
e. Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Tenderer.
f. Valid import Registration Certificate (IRC).
g. Last 3 years audit report.
h. Catalog/Brochure must be submitted as applicable within the web link.
i. Any other documents as specified in Technical Specifications. |
