| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 7 (Seven) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least USD 9,50,000.00 (Nine lakh Fifty Thousand).
C) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD 14,00,000.00 (Fourteen lakh).
d) The minimum amount of production for Data acquisition System software-Hardware & Related Equipment’s should be 02 set per year.
e) Bonafide Tenderer or their authorized agent of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh. |

(i) Installation, Start-up & Commissioning:
On site start-up & commissioning for 7 days in BAPEX premises by suppliers own Expert/Engineers. All cost for Expert/Engineers will be on Suppliers Account.
(ii) WORK ASSOCIATION
For Knowledge transferring a “WORK ASSOCIATION” is required to minimum 03 (Three) weeks for 08 (Eight) BAPEX personnel with Electronics background especially Seismic Recording.
The “WORK ASSOCIATION” comprise of following activities:
1. Seismic Data Acquisition System Assemble, installation & Software commissioning.
2. Seismic Data Acquisition Software Operation & troubleshooting.
3. Seismic Data Acquisition system Field equipment Maintenance.
4. Workshop setup & Maintenance of Seismic field equipment’s (FDU link cable, Geophone, optical fiber & Transverse etc.).
In this case, Venue of Work association will be at Tenderer premises and Tenderer will bear all the expenses regarding food, Air ticket, transport with daily cash allowances and Hotel rent as per Bangladesh Government rules (GOB rules laid down by official Memo No. AaMa/AaBi/Bye:Ni:-2/2 (19)/2000-04/part-1/221 (1000) dated: 09-10-2012, by official Memo no 07.152.099.00.001.2004-35 dated 24-08-2015), by official Memo No: (07.152.099.00.001.2004 (part-1)-161, dated 18-02-2016). |
