i) Tender must remain valid for 120 days from the date of closing of the tender.
Amount of tender security: Lot-1: BDT 5,06,000.00 or USD 4,600.00; Lot-2: BDT 7,04,000.00 or USD 6,400.00 & Lot-3: BDT 3,96,000.00 or USD 3,600.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee/Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
i) Bidders can submit bid for one or multiple lots & Evaluation will be done for lot-by-lot basis.
ii) Mode of Shipment: By Sea
iii) Complete delivery of goods shall have to be made within 90 days (Early Delivery will be appreciated). Delivery Schedule will be start from date of receipt of Letter of Credit.
iv) The tender security must remain valid for 148 days from the date of closing of the tender.
v) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable Circumstance such as Lock Down, Govt. holiday etc. tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
