INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

"i) Construction experience of minimum 10 (ten) years and satisfactorily completed at least 01 (One) work of similar nature (Civil, Sanitary/plumbing works etc.) not less than for Lot-1: Tk 1.60 crore (Taka one crore sixty lac only); Lot-2: Tk 1.90 crore (Taka one crore ninety lac only); Lot-3: Tk 1.25 crore (Taka one crore twenty five lac only) & Lot-4: Tk 1.30 crore (Taka one crore thirty lac only) in a single contract, in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. The Tenderers shall have to furnish work completion certificates from officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
ii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05 (five) years preceding the date of submission of the Tender shall not be less than for Lot-1: Tk 6.60 crore (Taka six crore sixty lac only); Lot-2: Tk 7.70 crore (Taka seven crore seventy lac only); Lot-3: Tk 6.50 crore (Taka six crore fifty lac only) & Lot-4: Tk 7.30 crore (Taka seven crore thirty lac only).
iii) Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be for Lot-1: Tk. 66.50 lac (Taka sixty six lac fifty thousand only); Lot-2: Tk. 77.50 lac (Taka seventy seven lac fifty thousand only); Lot-3: Tk. 50.25 lac (Taka fifty lac twenty five thousand only) & Lot-4: Tk. 55.25 lac (Taka fifty five lac twenty five thousand only). In case of credit facilities Bank will ensure that the above mentioned credit limits will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
iv) Tenderers shall have to fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet & other Terms and Conditions of the Tender Documents.
