| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The maximum 2 (two) number of arbitrations against the Tenderer over a period of the last five (5) years.
• Manufacturer/Software developer must have 7 (Seven) years’ experiences of manufacturing similar products.
• Manufacturer/Supplier have 7 (Seven) years overall experience in supply and must have 5 (Five) years’ experiences of supplying similar products and must have proven sales record of 5 (Five) years to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 (Three) end user certificate, if necessary, ii will be verified.
• The Manufacturer must have R&D Laboratory facilities of their own to conduct respective test to meet client demands.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least USD 4,20,000 (Four Lac Twenty thousand USD).
• The minimum Number of supplies of similar systems are: 2 Licenses with necessary hardware per year.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD 6,00,000 (Six Lac USD).
• Tenderer or their authorized agent of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh. |
