| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The Tenderer/Supplier shall have a minimum of three (3) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The Tenderer/Supplier shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods (Chemicals) of minimum Taka. 1,00,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore) under a single contract in the last three (3) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
c) The Tenderer/Supplier should have valid Updated Trade License, should be financially solvent, regular Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and shouldn’t have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement Policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd. |
