a) For Manufacturer
I) Manufacturer must have valid API, ISO & relevant certificate.
II) Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 12 years.
III) Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and must have at least 3 end-user certificate in last 7 years.
IV) Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, Drawing design, 1 soft copy must be submitted with tender.
V) Manufacturer country of origin USA, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, Singapore.
b) For Supplier
I) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
II) Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
III) Suppliers have overall 12 years experience of supply Drilling & Work over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
IV) Supplier have overall 12 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and must have at least 3 end-user certificate in last seven years.
V) Relevant Product Catalogue, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.
d) Other terms & conditions are at TDS.
e) Bonafide Tenderer or their authorized agent of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh
