(1) Design, manufacture, assembly, supply, testing, commissioning, and putting into service of 25 x 8 car trains of standard gauge rolling stock, Electric Multiple Units (EMU) including the training of operation and maintenance of the Employers Personnel:
i. For supply of spare parts, tools and equipment, manuals, and maintenance services during the Defects Notification Period, and
ii. For maintenance support service after the Defects Notification Period, and
(2) Design, manufacture, supply, installing, commissioning and testing, and maintenance support services of Plant including EMU maintenance training simulator for depot at Pitalganj and training of Employers Personnel:
i. For supply of spare parts, tools and equipment, manuals, and maintenance services during the Defects Notification Period,
ii. For maintenance support services after the Defects Notification Period, and
iii. For any specific/ special civil foundation work related to installation and commissioning.
