This Invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The minimum years of General Experience of the Tenderer in theLot-01 Supply of Cardiac Surgery & Cath lab Item. Lot-02, Supply of Medicine Item., and related services as suppler shall be 05(Five) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
b) The minimum experience as Supplier in Lot-01 Supply of Cardiac Surgery & Cath lab Item. Lot-02, Supply of Medicine Item. at least 2 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years with a total value of 80% of quoted amount. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(Unconditional) of the Tenderer shall be minimum total value of 90% of the quoted amount.
d) Trade license, VAT registration, IT certificate, Bank Solvency, Line of credit certificate and with Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender documents .
