INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(i) The Tenderer must have minimum 10 (Ten) years of overall experience and minimum 05 years of relevant field experience in Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of related equipment in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor.
(ii) The Tenderer must be an IT/ITES company registered in Bangladesh.
(iii) The Tenderer must have 2 (Two) successful completion record of contract in government organization for supply, installation and commissioning of Data Center Active and Passive Infrastructure equipment having minimum each value of 20 Crore BDT in the last 5 years. Bidder must have to submit a documentary proof of experience.
(iv) The Tenderer must have experience of having at least two Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Data Center Infrastructure, Active networking for at least three years in 2 (Two) government organizations with 24X7 support and minimum work order value 3 (three) Crore BDT. The Tenderer must have to submit the contract agreement.
(v) The Tenderer must have experience in Supply & Installation, testing, commissioning with at least one Tier-III Data Center Development.
(vi) The Tenderer must have minimum average annual turnover of 50 (Fifty) Core BDT in last three (3) years from the Bid submission date.
(vii) Tenderer shall have credit line facilities/liquid asset at least Tk. 15 (Fifteen) crore supported by documentary evidence as per tender documents.
(viii) JVCA allowed to participate in the tender process, but number of participations in the JVCA should not be more than 02 (two) organization.
(ix) The Tenderer should have at least 1 (One) Certified Professional Project Manager and Practitioner (PMP). Tenderer must submit documents from training centre certificate.
(x) The Tenderer must have at least two CDCP, One CDCS and One ATD certified Engineer within the organization and having minimum of 05 (Five) years working experience (CV must be submitted).
(xi) The Tenderer Must have ISO valid certificate. |
