(iv) Vat registration certificate (v) Supplier or the manufacturer or distributor of the manufacturer shall have its own or authorized service center in Bangladesh and shall have factory trained/ manufacturer certified three (03) or more service engineers to support and troubleshoot management, proper installation, testing & commissioning and after sales service /maintenance immediately. (vi) Manufacturers/Bidders/ Local agents shall not be black listed by any other organization in Bangladesh and (vii) Other conditions are descried in the standard tender document (STD). |
