a) The maximum 3(three) number of arbitration awards against the Tenderer over a period 3years.
b) The Tenderer (manufacturer) shall have a minimum number of 15 (fifteen) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. ( documents to be submitted)
c) The Tenderer( manufacturer) shall have specific experience of the satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum 0.55 Million USD or 0.48 Million Euro under maximum 1No of contract in last 5 years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper ( documents shall be submitted).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities is Tk. 0.55 Million USD or 0.48 Million Euro ( documents shall be submitted).
e) The minimum supply and production capacity of ILS-DME: per year 2 Nos (document should be submitted)
