a) Manufacturer’s Authorization letter/certificates for all products.
b) Valid API certificate of manufacturer for API Bentonite and API Barite.
c) Manufacturer must have 10 years’ experience of manufacturing.
d) Manufacturers must have valid ISO 9001:2015 certification.
e) Bonafide supplier must have 10 years’ experienceof supplying similar materials and must have proven salesrecord of 07 years to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate if necessary will be verified.
f) BonafideManufacturer/Supplier or their authorized agents must be from any countries having diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
g) The manufacturer must have R&D Laboratory facilities of their own to conduct respective drilling fluid test to meet client demands.
