| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the supply of Container Handling Equipment and related services as of the date of Tender opening. Registration or incorporation certificate or relevant document has to be submitted with Tender.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in supply of Mobile Harbour Crane of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 650.00 million or USD 6.91 million. Supporting documents shall be submitted by the Tenderer/ manufacturer, without which the Tender shall be rejected.
