INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b) The minimum specific experience as a prime ,or sub-contractor or management Contractor in Construction of Medical Waste Treatment Plant at least 2 (Two)single contracts with a value of al least BDT 167.00 (One Hundred sixty seven) Laks in every single contract or 1 (one) single Contract with a value of at least BDT 334.00(Three hundred thirty four) lakh successfully completed within the last 3(three) years in any Goverment/Autonomous/Private organizations of Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp portal)
c) The minimum running Medical Waste Treatment Plant is 01 (One) no.per year for the last 03 (Three) years; each capacity not less than 70 kg/hour.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 340.00 (Three hundred and forty )lakh in the form e-PW 3.
e) The tenderer must possess i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iii) Up-to-date trade license, iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
g) Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by the tenderer as described in the respective section of the Tender documents
h) Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender Data Sheet. |

b) The minimum specific experience as a prime ,or sub-contractor or management Contractor in Construction of Medical Waste Treatment Plant at least 1 (one) single Contract with a value of at least BDT 291.00(Two hundred and ninety one) lakh successfully completed within the last 3(three) years in any Goverment /Autonomous/ Private organizations of Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp portal)
i) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineerand the same certificate should be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done . c) The minimum running Medical Waste Treatment Plant is 01 (One) No. for the last 03 (Three) years; capacity not less than 50 kg/hour. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 340.00 (Three hundred and forty )lakh in the form e-PW 3.
