| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in supplying ICT related hardware (Router/Switch/Data Center/IP Phone/Firewall) and services of at least two (02) contract (s) successfully completed in any Govt. / large private organization each with a value of at least Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Taka Three Crore) within the last three years. And among those 2 contracts bidder must have at least one successful completion experience of implementing IP PABX solution in any Govt. / large private organization.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,00,00,000.00 (Taka Three core).
