INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in the supply of relevant goods and related services.
(b) The tenderer must have experience in satisfactory completion of supply of Desktop Computer/Laptop Computer/Printer/Off line UPS of minimum BDT 140.00 lakh (BDT One crore forty lac); under maximum two contracts in the last three years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:
The minimum Production capacity of goods should be 5 times of the required quantity per year. Documentary evidence must be submitted.
d) The bidder must be able to submit the documentary evidence specified in the TDS
e) Bidder should have own Technical Support Team and Service Center in each division and must submit Trade License of the Divisional Offices. Bidder has to submit the list of service points having full address, contact details (Valid Phone Number/Mobile Number, Email ID) with name and designation of the responsible technical support personnel;
f) Tenderer must have updated and valid Membership documents of Bangladesh Computer Samity.
g) Tenderer must have Documentary evidence of General experience and specific experience (NOA and Completion certificate mentioning the contract value, completion date and list of Goods supplied)
h) Tenderer must be able to submit Manufacturer’s individual Certification confirming the factory location from which the product will be supplied |
