INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The firm must have 7 years of overall experience in creation, production and management of creative contents and related goods.
b) The firm is required to have experience of carrying out content related creative activities including audio-visual matters in 4 (four) National/International events. Preference will be given to firms having experiences of i) providing services to Govt. organizations involving VIPS and ii) ICT related big events.
c) The firm must have technical resources and facilities available to materialize the development and management of creative contents and 360 degree campaign
d) The firm must have full-time human resources in positions such as Creative Director, Art Director, Content Developer and relevant Managers, Executives and Associates, Video Editor having experiences in design, production and management of creative contents.
e) The firm needs to show yearly turnover of at least 2 (Two) crore taka supported by appropriate documents.
f) The Firm is required to have liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of minimum 1.50 Crore taka.
g) The firm needs to submit updated audit reports of previous 5 years.
h) The firm should have valid up-to date- trade licenses income tax certificate and VAT registration, Bank Solvency Certificate, Incorporation Certificate
i) Technical capacity to execute the creative works and its management involved in the event.
