| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The tenderer shall be the manufacturer/authorized dealer/distributor having minimum 5 (five) years of overall business experience and at least 3 (three) years specific experience of supplying, installing, commissioning, operating of similar goods and providing support service to different organization in Bangladesh in multi-user environment. Must have strong presence and support office with well-equipped service cell manned by adequately qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support for the proposed goods and services. Floating or home address shall not be considered as established offices. The participating company must offer proposal for a single lot and must quote all the items in that lot. Partial offer for that lot will not be accepted. The offers should have validity for at least 120 (one hundred twenty) days from the last date of submission of the tender.
