INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The Tenderer shall a minimum of 18 (eighteen) years overall experience in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor.
• The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar to the proposed plant and services in at least 02 (two) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology in Design-build Urban Sewerage Network, successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years. The minimum value of such contracts shall be of at least 35 Million USD.
• Successful completion as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least two(2) similar Design-build Urban Sewerage Network with at least 30km length including at least 10 km using trenchless construction technology with pipe diameters of at least up to 1200 mm completed within last ten (10) years.
• The required average annual turnover shall be greater than 30 Million USD within best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tender shall be 15 Million USD.
