INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The Manufacturer/ system integrator shall have of minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
ii) The satisfactory completion of at least 1(one) no. similar project within last 5(five) years as a system integrator/manufacturer/sub-contractor/bidder in any government or semi organization within Bangladesh.
iii) The satisfactory completion of supply of VTMIS and related services of minimum 2.5 (two point five) Million USD or equivalent under a single contracting in the last 5 (five) years.
iv) The manufacturer or system integrator shall have overall experience in the supply of VTMIS and related services in at least 05 (five) different ports overseas including at least one of the top 10 (ten) ranking port.
v) The system integrator/local agent shall have certified manpower (engineer, operator, technician, etc.) from original VTMIS supplier/system integrator for repair and maintenance of warranty period. Related documents/certificates need to be submitted. |

ii) Supply of recommended spare parts for 1(one) year warranty period.

i) Construction of towers, buildings and other civil works for VTMIS extension.
ii) Inspection prior shipment.
iii) Installation, testing and commissioning of VTMIS extension.
iv) Training of related personnel of CPA.
v) Repair, maintenance and operations of VTMIS extension for 02(two) years including 01(one) year warranty period. |
