INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

If Bidder is Manufacturer:
The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following financial requirement(s):
(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1 (One) Crore.
(iii) The minimum supply or production capacity enclosed in TDS (tender data sheet)
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1 (One) Crore. (Failing to submit in PG3-8 will make the tender non-responsive).
The bidder must have office in Dhaka with a well-equipped technical support division. The office may be visited by the procuring entity without any notice to the bidder.
If Bidder is not manufacturer:
If a Bidder is not a manufacturer, but is offering the Goods on behalf of the Manufacturer under Manufacturer's Authorization Form (Section IV, Bidding Forms), the Manufacturer shall demonstrate the above qualifications (i), (ii), (iii). |
