INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer shall have valid Trade Licence for Inspection Agent. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public of private sector as Prime Contractor/Sub-Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 02 (Two) years_
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of two (2) years with a total value of Tk. 25 (Twenty Five) lac shall be required. Contract for providing PDI/PLI Service will be treated as similar nature.
3. The Tenderer shall have sufficient manpower for quality
assurance. They have sufficient Chemist, Laboratory Stuffs, Inspectors/Field Officers; Data Entry Operators and Stuff and minimum capacity of equipment for testing different parameters of paper. Contractual laboratory and stuffs are not allowed.
4. Rest of the terms and condition as per Tender Schedule.
