| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier or local agent of foreign supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier or local agent of foreign principal in supply of similar Goods (communication and navigational equipment of VTMIS/ VTMIS spare parts) of at least 01(One) contract completed within the last 03(three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 05(Five) crore.
iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 08(Eight) Crore which should be reflected in bank certificate or balance sheet |
