(c) VAT registration Certificate. (d) Nationality Certificate. (e) One copy PP Size Photograph of the Tenderer. (f) In case of representative have to submit Authorisation Certificate on behalf of the owner (it will be counter signed by the 1st class Gazetted Officer). (g) Affidavit of ownership. (h) Bank Solvency Certificate from the Scheduled Bank. (i) Two year Experience Certificate of supplying fresh ration. (j) The Other conditions will be stated on the schedule paper. k) All Processing of the Tender Completed By the Rule of "The Public Procurement Act-2006" and Regulation-2008". All the papers should be attested by the Ist Class Gazetted Officer. |
