INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i. Experience: Minimum 5(Five) years of general experience on the Supplyingof Similar labrotory goods and related services for package (1,2&3) 5(Five) years of experience of Govt /Semi–Govt/ University.
ii. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be for package - Tk.50/=( fifty lac) for package -01 Lot -01. Tk.19 /=(Nineteen lac)for package -01 Lot -02. Tk.13/=(Thirteen lac) for package -02 Lot -01. Tk.27/=(Twentey seven lac) for package -02 Lot -02. Tk.44/=(Forty four lac) for package -03 .
Tenderer must have supply experience of similar nature of goods at least 2 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years ,each with a value of at Tk.48,00,000/=(Forty eight lac) for package -01 lot-01; Tk.16,00,000/=(Sixteen lac) for package -01 lot-02; Tk.15,00,000/=(Fifteen lac) for package -02 lot-01; Tk.27,00,000/=(Twenty seven lac) for package -02 lot-02; Tk.45,00,000/=(forty five lac) for package -03 .
v. Tenderer shall submit Valid Trade Licence, up to date income tax certificate with TIN, VAT registration number.
vi. Any Tenderer who fulfills the Qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS) and other conditions in the Tender Document .
