INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The maximum 01 (one) number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last 5 (five) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The minimum of years of general Experience of the Tenderers in the supply of Generator & related Services as supplied. Shall be 5 years. Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (One) number supply contact of similar goods and related services within last 05 (five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous authority of Government with a value of at least 250.00 (two hundred fifty) lac in a single contact i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Work order & Completion certificate should be submitted with technical offer.
d) The minimum supply capacity of similar goods of 500KVA Standby Capacity or above capacity are 03 nos. within last 3(three) years. Work order & Completion certificate should be submitted with technical offer.
e) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum 600.00 (Six Hundred) lac under maximum 05 (five) contracts in the last 05 (Five Years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of LFT in the newspaper. Work order & Completion certificate should be submitted with technical offer.
f) The minimum amount of net liquid assets/credit-line of working capital of credit facility is Tk. 250.00 (two hundred fifty) lac. The liquid asset certificate issued after publication of IFT in the newspaper. Liquid asset certificate may be checked by the Employer. In case of credit certificate should be submitted as per format (Form PG3-8) attached with Tender document.
