Average Annual Turnover: The minimum annual average turnover shall be above US$ 2.78 million (above BDT 233 million) in last three years.
Contractual Experience: The Bidder must have successfully completed as a main supplier within the last 5 (five) years, 2 contracts each of similar nature (import / export of similar goods), value above USD 1.11 million (above BDT 93.16 million) and complexity.
- Technical Experience: Goods offered have been in production for at least 5 (five) years and a minimum of 10 times the scheduled number of units of similar capacity have been sold every year on average.
Financial Position: At a minimum, the bidder must have a positive net worth.
