INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The Tender shall have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience of the tender in the supply of demanded goods and related services to the Govt. and Autonomous organizations.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 6(six) Crore under maximum two contracts in the last five years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least two contracts successfully completed within the last five years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3 (three) crore; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The respective manufacturer shall have a minimum of last 03 (three) years production experience in the construction of Vessel and related equipment.
5. The vessel has to be registered through POMMD within contract period before handing over to CPA..
6. The Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease a class approved docking facilites.
7. If the performance of the firms engaged in CPA’s work is not satisfactory, in that case those firms will not be eligible for this Tender.The firms, which have unsettled litigation with CPA, will not be eligible for this Tender.
8. Any wrong statement or omission of facts will make the tender liable for rejection.
9. The required averages annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 6(six) Crore over the last 03 years(Audited).
10. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall of Tk. 05 (Five) Crore.
11. The maximum number of Arbitration awards against a Tenderer shall be 03 (there) over the last 05 (five) years. |
