INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The bidder should be a company registered and working in Bangladesh having long business track of minimum 5 (five) years in the field of IT. Relevant documentations must be enclosed
(b) The bidder should have at least 3 (three) successful completed similar implementation project within last 3 (three) years.
(c)The tenderer should have the satisfactory completion of supply, installation & commissioning of IT system of minimum TK 3,00,00,000.00 (three crore) under single contract in the last three (03) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).
(c) Bidder should have ability and experience to provide 24/7 service support and Call Center including public ticketing system
(d) Bidder should have at least one CCIE and one CCDA certified resource. Copy of certificates must be submitted and if required the client shall be have the right to verify the authenticity of the original copy.
(e) Bidder should have experience to deploy public Wi-Fi hotspot. |
