J. Miscellaneous (J.1) All prices of Imported Items shall be on foreign currency on CIF Dhaka by Air freight basis. L/C will be opened by BCC in favor of the supplier abroad against their Proforma Invoice. Payment will be released as per terms and conditions are specified in the tender document
J. Miscellaneous (J.2) Customs formalities at Airport should be completed by the supplier through their local office or local agent. Customs duty related payment will be made by Procuring Entity (PE) on actual basis against Bill of Entry and other documents. Any port demurrage should be borne by supplier.
J. Miscellaneous (J.4) Local items, installation and transportation cost shall be quoted in Bangladesh Currency including applicable VAT and TAX on site delivery basis. |
