1) ITT 13.1 All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than 60% of the Tenderers’ net worth. 2) ITT 14.1(a)The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.3) ITT 14.1(b)The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (Server, Network equipment, backup software, storage security solution etc.) of minimum 12 (Twelve) Million Bangladeshi Taka under minimum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 5(five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4) ITT 14.1(c)The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Sufficient to comply with the bid. 5) ITT 15.1The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility is 4.50 million BDT.
