The tenderer should have must enclosed following documents :
a. Valid up to date (2017-18) Trade License (attested copy), VAT registration certificate (attested copy) & up to date (2017-18) Income Taxes Clearance Certificate (attested copy) & Bank Solvency Certificate which stated about minimum One corer taka of liquid asset certificate (original copy) and statement and permission from mill factory organization inspection directorate for performing outsourcing firm (attested copy encolesd).
b. The tenderer shall have an office in Dhaka city for functioning outsourcing work.
c. The tenderer shall have specific 06 (six) years experience for supply outsourcing manpower in Govt. Level Hospital (attested certificate copy enclosed).
d. The tenderer must submitted a photocopy of his National ID Card.
e. Others terms & conditions are enclosed In the tender document statement.
