This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in similar construction works in CHTs. areas. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of (i) Lot No-1= 100.00 (one hundred) lac, (ii) Lot No-2=200.00 (Two hundred) lac,(iii) Lon No-3 = 200.00( Two hundred) lac, (iv) Lot no-4= 180.00 (One hundred eighty) lac, (v) Lot no-5= 150.00 (One hundred fifty) lac, (vi) Lot no-6=100.00 (One hundred) lac (vii) Lon No-7= 300.00 (Three hundred) lac (viii) Lot No-8= 100.00 (One hundred) lac (ix) Lot no-9= 50.00 (Fifty) lac, (x) Lot no-10= 300.00 (Three hundred) lac and (xi) Lot no-11=50.00 (Fifty) lac in a single tender in Government/Semi government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. Work done certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be (i) Lot No-1=Tk. 50.00(Fifty) lac, (ii) Lot No-2, 100.00(One hundred) lac (iii) Lot No-3, 100.00 (One hundred) lac, (iv) Lot no-4= 80.00 (Eighty) lac, (v) Lot no-5= 70.00 (Seventy) lac, (vi) Lot no-6=50.00 (Fifty) lac (vii) Lon No-7= 180.00 (One hundred eighty) lac (viii) Lot No-8= 50.00 (Fifty) lac (ix) Lot no-9= 40.00 (Forty) lac, (x) Lot no-10= 100.00 (One hundred) lac and (xi) Lot no-11=40.00 (Forty ) lac .
d) Tenders must have up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate with TIN & valid VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR and attested copy of these certificates must be enclosed along with the Tender.
e) Tenderer must be enclosed up to date valid Trade and Contractor License attested copy along with the Tender.
f) Original Money Receipt of purchasing Tender documents must be enclosed along with the tender.
