INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderer as mentioned below.
(a) Reputed Company Ltd./Construction firm/Contractors who have minimum 5 years experience in supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Light works of Street & Boundary/Cable laying/substation work under Bangladesh Govt./semi Govt. / Corporation/ Autonomous organization.
(b) Tenderers having experience in successfully completion i.e supply, installation, testing and commissioning of at least three number similar works (documentary evidence will be furnished with tender) under Bangladesh Gov./Semi Govt./Corporation/Autonomous organization.
(c) Tenderers having experience in successfully completion of at least 1 (one) No. Street light & Boundary wall light, Cable laying and out door distribution board or substation works amount of Taka 3.80 (Three point eight zero) crore (for each lot) in a single work order during last two years under Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation/Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
(d) The certification of successful completion of a works shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive Engineer of concerned department with official address, seal and phone number.
(e) The tenederers shall have a minimum average annual turnover of Taka 1000.00 (One thousand) Lac over the last five years.
(f) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be of Taka 350.00 (Three hundred fifty) Lac (for each lot) shall be issued from the concerned schedule bank of Bangladesh.
(g) The Tenderer must be submitted ABC Category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board , Govt. of Bangladesh, renewed up to date.
(h) Registration certificate of Joint Stock Company as limited business or as applicable (if any).
(i) Up to date Trade license, Income Tax clearance & VAT registration certificate to be submitted along with the tender.
(j) Other required eligibility & condition of the Tenderers as stipulated in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Document.
All Documents must be enclosed with the tender and all certificates shall have to be duly attested by 1st class gazetted officer.
