Interested tenderers/Bidders will have to submit hard copies of the following documents.
1. Attested Copy of up to date (2024-2025) Trade License.
2. Attested Copy of VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Attested Copy of up to date Income Tax Certificate showing TIN number.
4. Attested Copy of Bank Solvency Certificate.
5. Attested Copy of Liquid Asset Certificate (The minimum Liquid Assets amount will be Tk 2,10,00,000.00 (Two Crore Ten Lac ) only.
6. Attested Copy of Documentary evidence for at least 3(three) years experience certificate in offset/art paper printing.
7.Attested Copy of Experience certificate (work completion certificate) in printing & supplying of at least 2,00,000(Two Lac) pieces of Wall Calendar in a single work order within previous 03 years; which value will be at least 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac) taka.
8. Valid Membership certificate issued by Printing Industries Association of Bangladesh.
9. Required machineries are needed for Printing, Binding and Cutting activities and declaration has to be given with photographs of machineries on the company’s official pad as a evidence of having the above mentioned machineries.
As per following specifications, one set of Calendar’s hard copy with Envelope has to be submitted before tender opening time (before 2.00 P.M)
