INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.Minimum 10 (Ten) years of General Experience in Supply of Similar (Electro-mechanical) Goods & Related Services.
2.The minimum specific experience as the satisfactory completion of supply of Lift [Minimum 6 Stops Lift with capacity not less than 630 kg] , Substation [ Minimum 600 KVA ] , Generator , Pump Motor & Solar Panel of minimum Taka 500.00 Lac at a Single contract under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh in the last 3 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3.The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 500.00 Lac only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
a. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted.
b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 (enclosed in section 6, Drawing) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3. Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded.
4.Up-to-Date Income Tax Clearance certificate from NBR;
5. Valid e-BIN Registration Certificate;
6. Valid and Up-to-date ABC Category Electrical and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh
