INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The overall objective of the services shall cover, but not limited to the following scope:
a) To ensure the security of data, develop and update software, update database, Data restore, Data Backup and maintenance of Automation Software, ERP Software, Hospital Management Software, Office Automation etc. for Executive office and Zones.
b) Develop, update, implement and maintain the official web portal of BEPZA.
c) Manage the firewall of BEPZA Executive Office and Zone Offices and take necessary steps to protect all the databases and systems from any kind of cyber-attack.
d) Assist to keep update the Process Automation System by communicating with the authority of relevant stakeholders.
e) Assist to develop or enhance Customized software (Automation, ERP, Hospital Management, Others) as per requirement of Authority.
f) Perform duties which deems fit by the appointing authority. |

ICT Consultant (Database):
(a) At least B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) / Computer Science/ Information Technology from any reputed Govt. or Private university. (b) Minimum 10 years working experience as Assistant Database Administrator/ IT Project Manager/ Assistant System Analyst/ Programmer/ Sr. Software Engineer/ IT Consultant in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous/ Renowned IT Company. (c) Minimum 5 years working experience in Database Management. (d) Experience in Team Management. (e) Special qualifications, Job Details and others are mentioned in ToR.
ICT Consultant (System and Network):
(a) At least B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) / Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from any reputed Govt. or Private university. (b) Minimum 10 years working experience as Assistant Network Administrator/ IT Project Manager/ Assistant System Analyst/ Programmer/ Sr. Hardware Engineer/ IT Consultant in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous/ Renowned IT Company. (c) Minimum 5 years working experience in Server and Network Management. (d) Experience in Team Management. (e) Special qualifications, Job Details and others are mentioned in ToR.
ICT Consultant (Operation)
(a) At least B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) / Computer Science/ Information Technology from any reputed Govt. or Private university.(b) Minimum 10 years working experience as Quality Assurance Engineer/ IT Project Manager/ Assistant System Analyst/ Programmer/ Project Coordinator/ IT Consultant in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous/ Renowned IT Company. (c) Minimum 5 years working experience in IT Project (Software/ Application/ System) Management. (d) Experience in Team Management, (e) Special qualifications, Job Details and others are mentioned in ToR.

1. Consultant will be selected using the Selection of Individual Consultant (SIC) sub-method in accordance with the PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendments.
2. Interested consultants are required to submit their expressions of interest in accordance with the standard Request for Application (RFA), which may be obtained by the office of the undersigned during normal office hours within 31 January 2021. The copy of relevant documents shall also be found at http://www.bepza.gov.bd/
3. Other required conditions and documents of the Request for Application (RFA) documents must be fulfilled.
4. The Application in two sets (1 original+ 1 duplicate) shall be submitted in sealed envelope & delivered to the address of the under signed up to 12.00 PM by 31 January 2021 & clearly marked as “Request for Expression of Interest for Selection of [Name of the position]”.
