INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Minimum of 20 (Twenty) years’ experience of providing similar services in public sector.
2. Tenderer must propose a solution along with network diagram and it will be a full-proof solution without compromising the performance.
3. Tenderer’s upstream shall have well connected IP PoP at least two (India/Singapore/France) that must be connected to abroad through submarine cable system.
4. Tenderer must ensure 24x7x365 support for instant trouble shooting for 3 years/ Warranty Period.
5. Tenderer should have experience to work LAN in 10000000 (One Crore) bdt within Last 5 years.
6. Tenderer must have Anti-DDoS detection and cleaning capability through dedicated hardware appliance without degradation of performance. In addition, data center should have capability to secure service with Next Generation Firewall.
7. Tenderer must have ISO 9001:2015
8. Tenderer must have IPTSP license
9. Tenderer must have DR inside Bangladesh for Backup facility.
10. Tenderer must have minimum 3 CCNP certified engineers.
11. Tenderer must have WLAN work experience for minimum 300 Computers in a single contract.
12. Tenderer must provide Three (3) shift Manpower for managed service within warranty period |
