i) All Items should be brand new (manufactured not before July 2021) and conform to the required specification.
ii) If the bidder is not the manufacturer himself, the bidder has to submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from the manufacturer or manufacturer authorized distributor to prove the quoted equipment is genuine. The manufacturer authorization letter must contain the official email, official address, phone number and website address of the manufacturer’s.
iii) The bidder must have at least 06 years of similar type product supply experience.
iv) The manufacturer must have at least 10 years of similar product manufacturing experience.
v) The manufacturer must have relevant API and/or ISO Certificates. |
