INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Company that submits tender shall be using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance
1.The firm shall have a minimum experience of 15 years in the field of IT/ICT industry.
2.Must have experience in developing of mobile application, web application with Government, Public/Private agency from last 05 years.
3.The firm should have at least a government work order within last 3 years with the value of 80 lakhs in the field of Apps/Web/Software development/PR activities with government agency.
4.The required average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 80 Lakhs over the last 03 (three) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 1 Crore (One Crore) supported by documentary evidence as per tender document.
6. All legal documents including Updated Valid Trade License, Updated VAT, TIN certificate, updated tax clearance certificate (Minimum 2020-21).
